Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No, we will gladly provide any equipment that you may need. Just let us know when booking your charter and we will have everything you need prepared for you on the boat upon arrival. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer.

How many guests can fit on the boat?

Our Glacier Bay is equipped to bring aboard 6 customers in addition to the captain and guide that we provide.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 50% down payment at the time of booking.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards or paypal.

What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations more than 7 days from departure, clients will be allowed to put their deposit toward a rescheduled trip.

For cancellations within 7 days of departure clients will forfeit the 50% deposit with the possibility of rescheduling a future charter.

For no call no shows on day of charter clients will forfeit the entire cost of their trip.

If the scheduled Captain deems conditions to be unsafe, customers are refunded 100%.
